I’ve lived many lives in one.

I spent fourteen years serving in the U.S. Army—first as an infantryman on the front lines, and later in military intelligence as an interrogator and source operator. I deployed to combat zones, walked through hellish moments most will never see, and carried home invisible wounds that no uniform can shield you from. After the military, I continued my service as a police officer for seven years, doing my best to protect and bring stability to communities that often knew more chaos than peace. But through it all—behind the badges and ranks—I was a man learning how to feel again. A man trying to heal.

The cost of those years wasn’t just physical—it was emotional and spiritual. I shut down. Disconnected from myself, my heart, and the people I loved most. And yet, through grace, grit, and a relentless pursuit of truth, I found my way back. Or maybe I found my way forward—into a deeper, more honest version of myself.

Now, I write.

Not to escape the past, but to redeem it. My books are born from real pain, real hope, and a longing to help others break free from whatever binds them. Whether it’s fiction that stirs the soul or testimony that speaks directly to the wounded places inside us, everything I create is rooted in one mission: to help people heal.

I’m also a father. My children are my greatest teachers and reminders that love—real, unconditional love—is the most powerful force on Earth. Much of what I write, and all of what I offer, comes from a place of wanting to leave the world better for them—and for all of us.
